• Office & Workspace Care – detailed cleaning for offices
• Family Package – comprehensive household cleaning
• Children's Room Cleaning – safe and gentle cleaning
• Total Comfort – full-day deep cleaning service

3. Booking and Payment

All service appointments must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• Complete Home Care: 750 zł
• Quick Refresh: 600 zł
• Personalized Cleaning: 500 zł
• Office & Workspace Care: 350 zł
• Family Package: 1,200 zł
• Children's Room Cleaning: 400 zł
• Total Comfort: 1,500 zł

4. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing access to the property at the scheduled time
• Removing or securing valuable personal belongings
• Informing us of any special requirements or concerns
• Providing clear instructions for specific cleaning needs
• Ensuring safe access to all areas to be cleaned
• Paying for services as agreed
